Structure and workflow
The high-pressure air compressor unit mainly consists of a compressor main unit, a drive unit (motor), an interstage cooler, a compressed air separation and purification treatment device, and a pressure display, regulation and safety device. The working process is: when the driving machine (motor) drives the compressor through the V-belt, the free state air is sucked into the first-stage cylinder through the air-inlet filter, compressed to a certain pressure, and discharged to the first and second levels. The intercooler and the separator enter the secondary cylinder after being cooled and separated by oil and gas, and are further compressed to a higher pressure and then discharged to the second and third interstage coolers and separators for cooling and filtering out the oil in the compressed air. With the condensate, enter the third-stage cylinder, further compressed to a higher pressure and then discharged to the third and fourth-stage coolers and separators, cooling and filtering out the oil and condensate in the compressed air, and then entering the four-stage cylinder (even five-stage cylinder), compresses to the final pressure required by zui, and then enters the separator filter purifier to further remove oil, condensate and oil vapor in the compressed air, thereby obtaining cooled, clean and odorless high-pressure air to be filled with qualified high pressure. Available in cylinders. The oil and condensate separated and filtered from the separator behind each stage of the cylinder are periodically discharged to the outside of the machine through a drain valve or collected in a dirt tank. Compressed host
The compressor main engine is a three-stage (four- or five-stage) compression, V-type or W-type structural type, which consists of basic parts such as crankcase, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, cylinder and gas valve. The crankcase is cast by aluminum alloy; the crankshaft is a single-turn structure; the connecting rod is integral; the piston structure is integral or stepped, equipped with a piston ring, and a labyrinth groove seal is used between the cylinder; high-quality cast iron is cast, external The heat sink is cast and the air valve is a ring valve structure.
The main body of the compressor is driven by a motor through a V-belt. The main pulley is equipped with a large-volume cooling fan to forcibly cool the external appearance of the compressor and each heat-generating component. The compressor adopts splash lubrication. By means of the oiling needle mounted on the big end of the connecting rod, the oil droplets and oil mist caused by the oil surface in the crankcase are splashed when the crankshaft rotates, so that the friction parts are fully lubricated. This machine's lubricating oil is recommended for high-efficiency lubricating oil or N100, N150 reciprocating compressor oil (GB12691-1990). When the operating environment is lower than 5 °C, N68 reciprocating compressor oil (GB12691-1990) can be selected. Different grades of lubricants cannot be mixed.
